Workspace data
BizQuote Pro stores the information needed to run your workspace, including company details, users, clients, products, quotations, invoices, payments, uploads, media, comments, and marketing drafts.
This policy explains what BizQuote Pro stores, why it is needed, and how connected business workflows may share limited data with providers you use.
BizQuote Pro stores the information needed to run your workspace, including company details, users, clients, products, quotations, invoices, payments, uploads, media, comments, and marketing drafts.
Data is used to provide app features, generate documents, send operational messages, support billing, maintain security, measure usage limits, and improve reliability.
When you request the user guide, we store the name and email you provide so we can send your personal download link and record whether the guide was downloaded. A guide request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
When you contact support, we store your contact details, ticket category, message, priority, source page, delivery status, and ticket history so the team can investigate and respond. Do not include passwords or secret keys in a request.
Payment providers, email providers, social platforms, AI services, exchange-rate services, and hosting providers may process limited data when you use connected features.
Access is protected through user accounts, sessions, tenant context, and role-aware workflows. Your team should use strong passwords and remove users who no longer need access.
Only upload images, files, client details, and promotional content that your business has permission to store, process, send, or publish.
Contact support to request workspace export, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for payment, audit, or legal reasons.
Support can help with export, correction, or deletion requests where applicable.
